Design Goal
Create a proprietary glass profile and brand that emulates Palaye Royale’s characteristics, music, and personality.
Palaye Royale is a fashion-art-rock band consisting of brother trio Remington, Sebastian, and Emerson. The band’s vision extends to a variety of different media — from graphic novels and art pieces to videos and bespoke clothing. They’re not just in the business of making music: they’re creating their own world.

Sketch Ideation
Illustrator Refinement
After refining the final sketches to have a capacity of 750ml using Alias, the best concept was chosen to be refined further to create space for a label. Once a final direction was chosen, a final capacity check was done.
Blow Mould
1. Molten glass extruded into parison (hollow tube)
2. Mould closes and parison is gripped in place
3. Compressed air blown into parison, inflating glass
4. Parison fills mould
5. Product trimmed and removed from mould
6. Glass removed from mould and taken to cooling plate

Branding Inspiration
The drummer of the band, Emerson, is an artist, mainly focusing on architectural drawings. The overall look of his art and the band’s aesthetic resembles Gothic art. The color scheme of their Bastards album is red and black. The name of the wine’s flavor is named after on of their songs titled “Lonely”.
Label Creation
The album aesthetic reflects the band's unique traits in this era, embodying their musical journey and evolution. The label encapsulates their distinctive sound and their lyrical mastery, merging it with the visual elements that define this period.
The “X”
A defining element of Palaye Royale's aesthetic is the incorporation of the "X" symbol. This is most prominent in the way Remington, one of the members, frequently draws an "X" on his face as part of his makeup routine. The three brothers have further solidified this symbol's significance by tattooing an "X" on their left hands, symbolizing their strong bond. This trend has even been adopted by many of their fans, who have emulated the band by getting similar "X" tattoos on their hands.
